Job Description

* As a Sous Chef, you will support and inspire a passionate kitchen team to achieve great things.
* You will create exceptional food and service that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.
* Manage all kitchen operations, including food safety, health and hygiene, stock, and staff training.
* Develop and deliver menus that maximise profits and maintain quality standards.
* Step up when the Head Chef is away, guiding the team with confidence.
* Take responsibility for safeguarding by reporting any concerns about safety or system weaknesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
* Have a passion for motivating a team and delivering amazing food.
* Be creative and hands-on, with a love for cooking and presenting dishes.
* Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
