Pay Rate: £13.00 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Production Team Leader for our client your duties will be:
1. Take full responsibility of the site during shift times, including staff management, quality, production, quality targets, security and housekeeping
2. Ensure all company policy, procedure and process are followed correctly
3. Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance and downtime, with ownership taken for rout cause analysis
4. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations during shift
5. Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production hand-overs are effective with precise communication tools
