IT Support Analyst (Full-time, all year round)
The Opportunity
Sevenoaks School is currently seeking to appoint a IT Support Analyst (Full-time, all year round).
We are looking for a candidate who takes responsibility for service desk calls, owning them to the point of resolution and thinks and acts calmly under pressure, particularly with technical issues or cybersecurity challenges. Experience working with a range of people, from children to senior leaders, and an understanding of academic processes and software would be desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Responsibility for service desk calls and resolution.
2. Ability to work under pressure, particularly during technical issues or cybersecurity challenges.
3. Experience in working with diverse groups, including children and senior leaders.
4. Understanding of academic processes and software.
