We're working with an expanding manufacturing company who provide a range of specialist products for building interiors.
As Sales Office Coordinator, you will deal with incoming enquiries from potential customers and work closely with your colleagues and estimators to turn these enquiries in to quotes.
Day to day, you will:
* Handle telephone/email enquiries and add to the CRM system
* Be the point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and seamless communication with clients
* Provide quotes
* Filling out Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
* Update the team with daily orders and KPIs.

* Customer centric mindset with good people skills
* Ability and willingness to learn quickly
* Previous customer service and admin experience
* Full UK Driving licence is essential
