Sales Account Manager
Office based position in the centre of Leeds
My client is looking for a tenacious and driven Account Manager to join their exciting and innovative company who specialise in the innovative technology for the fleet industry. The Sales Account Manager must be motivated and have a forward-thinking attitude to sales with a passion for customer retention and upselling. As a Sales Account Manager you must have strong interpersonal skills along with great organisation with high attention to detail. If you are self-motivated and results driven then this could be the role for you!
Sales Account Manager Package:
* Base salary £30,000 - £35,000 base salary
* Commission ranges from £55,000 - £100,000 + depending on how good you are!
* Office based 9am – 5pm

Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services ie. SaaS software solutions and dashcams, to both B2B clients and B2C customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining high level of customer care and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities on their CRM system.
* Keep up to date with market knowledge
* Recognising trends to present and upsell products
Sales Account Manager Requirements:
* Experience in Sales, Account Management and customer service is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Track record for success and meeting targets
* Able to work off of own initiative as well as part of a team
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
