Job Description
As the Theatres Department depends strongly on teamwork, you must have exceptional communication skills and work well with others in the anaesthetics, recovery, or scrub roles.
To be the right candidate for this role, you should have strong attention to detail and be trained in a broad spectrum of high-level theatre skills. You should be able to review and implement care plans for patients before and after surgery or procedures, using your strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to support them.
You will be a self-motivated team member who can use initiative to make decisions. Outstanding organisational skills are essential to manage your workload and prioritise duties effectively.
Competence with IT is a crucial skill for this role.
