Your new roleThis job is a 12-month FTC to provide support with month-end management accounts, budgeting and forecasting while allowing the existing team to enhance and improve the current financial precesses and systems. Duties will include:
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
* Oversee key financial processes for inventory, fixed assets & depreciation, receivables, provisions, and expenses.
* Support period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making.
* Operational & Cost Management:
* Oversee FTE and overhead cost management, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
* Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records.
* Manage stock and fixed asset (FA) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Process Improvement & System Optimisation:
