Reed HR are working with a growing Financial Services company who are looking for a Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Specialist on a full time, permanent basis Salary circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. This job will operate on the hybrid working model, with some days based in their Bristol office and the rest from home each week. The main responsibilities of this job will be to manage and implement group benefits and reward processes, including reviewing benefits providers, benchmarking exercises, streamline processes across the business including for acquisitions. In addition, support the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll inputting and processes. Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: Support the annual benefits renewal process, including management of both insured and non-insured benefits such as Private Medical Insurance, Pension, and more. Liaise with third-party providers for monthly reporting requirements. Manage the group flexible benefits platform, ensuring all employee queries are resolved and monthly reports are processed. Collaborate closely with payroll and update the HR database accordingly. Support the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll runs, including inputting data, and ensuring all processes are adhered to accurately and in a timely manner Conduct benefit induction sessions for new UK hires and act as the first point of contact for all UK benefit-related queries. Maintain and update policies and procedures related to rewards and benefits in the staff handbook. Manage the benchmarking of roles and analysis of salary data, including drafting salary review spreadsheets and collating salary survey data. Work closely with the HR Director during the salary review process to provide market insights. Collaborate with finance to manage the annual bonus process and provide ad-hoc analytical support as required. Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain payroll security and confidentiality. This is a professional and demanding Compensation and Benefits Specialist role, and to be successful it is ideal that the have the following skills and experience: Experience in fast-paced organisations and familiarity with UK payroll systems. Strong background in UK benefits and pensions administration. Proficiency in Excel and experience with external salary benchmarking tools. Knowledge of flexible benefits systems is advantageous. Experience in global organisations is beneficial.
