Vacancy Salary: Starting at £22,672 basic + bonus + benefits, with fully trained basic £27,500 and earning potential with bonus up to £52,500.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

This career pathway will see you become an accredited Protection Advisor within 18 months, with the opportunity to increase your potential earnings from £22,672 + bonus to £27,500 + bonus.
Your Career Plan:
1. Step One (0-6 months): Lead Generation Executive – £22,672 (up to £10,800 bonus benefits).
2. Step Two (6-18 months): Health Sales Advisor - £24,000 (up to £18,840 bonus benefits).
3. Step Three (18 months onwards): Protection Advisor - £27,000 (up to £25,000 bonus benefits).
Starting off as a Lead Generation Executive, you will be contacting potential customers who have enquired about our Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify and pass on these warm leads to our team of Health Care Advisors.
After 6 months in the Lead Generation Executive role, providing goals are hit and you have mastered the basics, you will then move on to become a Health Sales Advisor. During your time in this role, you will work towards your first qualification, IF7.
Our Health Sales Advisors speak to potential customers to really understand their needs and advise on which of our private insurance policies meets their requirements. They also follow up on outstanding quotes and manage the onboarding process. This is a fast-paced role dealing with both individual and team targets.
After 12 months as a Health Sales Advisor, you will then have the opportunity to become a qualified Protection Advisor. Again, this will give you the opportunity to gain more qualifications, RO5 and LP2.
The role itself is the pinnacle of everything you have been working towards. You understand the customer journey and our different products, to help them with their protection advice.
