Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working in a team, and delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Accurately process customer orders, payments, and returns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Manage customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
Ensure all customer queries are followed up in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
The candidate
Minimum of 12 months of office-based customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication with a confident, professional telephone manner.
Ability to accurately log information and follow processes without errors.
Works well in a collaborative environment and contributes to team success.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to handle complaints and customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency
