We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Account Director to join our team. This role plays a pivotal role in the success of both the agency and its clients, driving financial growth while maintaining the highest levels of service and creativity.
As a Digital Account Director at Anything, you will have exceptional relationship-building skills and be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, and that every project is aligned with broader business goals. This role is about more than just maintaining accounts; it’s about elevating them, making sure clients receive innovative, creative solutions that help them grow and achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and keeping them informed on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
* Transform client needs into tailored actionable digital strategies that strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities through a deep understanding of their business and industry
* Oversee client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints and meet agency profitability targets
* Lead project kick-off meetings and debriefs, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
* Manage internal teams and resources to deliver the highest level of client service
* Collaborate on pitches and presentations to secure new business and grow the agency's client portfolio
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, strategies, and technologies to drive innovation
* Mentor and guide junior account managers to help them develop in their roles
Qualifications
* Significant professional experience in digital marketing, account management, and strategic planning, preferably within an agency setting
* Proven track record of account growth through digital development, campaigns, and performance marketing
* Exceptional client relationship management abilities, leadership skills, and internal and external communication
* Strong strategic mindset
* Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring team members
* Confidence in presenting pitches, delivering presentations, and providing client updates
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly strategic updates for clients
