Vision for Education Supply Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in the Hartlepool area. This is a full-time position, ideal for an experienced educator who is committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 6 students.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being.
* Prepare students for the transition to secondary education, ensuring they meet academic and personal milestones.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Year 6 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment standards.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
