Car Parts Manager required In Sudbury, Suffolk.
Our client is a busy Car Dealership looking for an experienced Car Parts Manager to join their Team. They have been trading for a significant number of years, in this time they have gained a brilliant reputation in the area and have a solid customer base.
As a Car Parts Manager you will be confident and conscientious in your role and bring an energetic, approachable manner into the workshop. The successful candidate will run the department and look after a Mechanical Workshop as well as the Bodyshop. You will deal with customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone as well as maintaining local stock management and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Day to day features and benefits of this Car Parts Manager role:
* Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm.
* NO weekends worked ensuring a good work/life balance.
* A competitive salary up to £30,000 with OTE potentials of £32,000.
* Looking after a 3 bay workshop as well as a 3 bay body shop.
* Dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
* Maintaining stock management.
* Ordering specific parts.
* Delivering a high standard of customer service.
The ideal Car Parts Manager will have experience working in a parts department along with a firm mechanical understanding of automotive parts. Bringing in an outgoing, considerate, and polite personality into the workplace is also an ideal characteristic for the successful candidate to have.
To be successful in this role you need to be confident, computer literate and hard working. As a company they are also keen on development and offer in-house brand training resulting in a great improvement in your abilities.
