RETAIL POS ACCOUNT MANAGER Full time | Permanent Leicester Salary - Depending on experience The Company: Our client is a leading retail design agency who work with a varied portfolio of brands and clients in the UK and overseas. They are looking for an experienced Account Management to join their team in a full time and permanent role managing established key accounts. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and so must be from a POS account management background (working with cosmetic/beauty clients) and be able to work alongside the team taking ownership for the account and maintaining and growing client relationships. The role Acting as the main point of contact for specific clients Manage, maintain and grow client relationships and accounts Presenting clients with information, ideas and prototypes Understanding the needs of the client and collecting and collating information from the client to provide a clear brief to internal departments (design, Project managers, production) Getting to know the clients brand, understanding values, goals, standards, products Liaising between the client and internal departments to ensure client and company objectives are met Recording and keeping database and information Working under pressure to short lead times The candidate POS Account Management background (cosmetic & beauty brands) Excellent communication skills internally and externally (written, F2F and verbal) Proven background in building, maintaining and growing customer accounts Works well with internal departments Flexible approach to deadlines and the needs of the business Able to work well under pressure and maintain a high standard of customer service Organised administrator and record keeper Commercially aware A knowledge of manufacturing/materials and the project process would be an advantage ADZN1_UKTJ
