Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave Key Responsibilities: Support our Empty Homes team to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We'll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you'll need for the role. Carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and empty property works connected with your specialist trade and secondary trades. Deliver a fantastic service across our housing stock and general needs properties to get homes ready for new customers. Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out works to a high standard, ensuring right first time wherever possible. Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond. You'll have a fixed shift pattern of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays. About You: Holds an NVQ Level 3 in one main trade, plus experience in other trades i.e. joinery, plumbing, decorating, plastering, brickwork, fencing, roofing and drainage Completes works to a high standard and eager to assist in various trades Must have a valid UK driving licence Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn.
