The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Internship Recruitment Team in onboarding processes post offer acceptance for candidates based in Spain, Italy and France where an Internship Agreement is a mandatory document ahead of start dates. The main duties are to ensure each Internship Agreement is completed accurately to a high standard by working with multiple candidates as well as their universities and internal stakeholders. This role requires high stakeholder management, organization with a key inspection on detail and professional communication. Specific Job Duties: Daily input of data into Internship Agreement Templates. Coordination of new hire input. Communication with managers, HR personnel, and university POCs for problem resolution. Answer manager and new starter inquiries. Review and audit of data entries.

Basic Qualifications
* Obtained a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and or relevant experiences
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish, French is a plus (Common European
Framework of Reference C1)
