Our client is a rapidly growing player in the partitioning sector. This position is designed to be the next step in fulfilling the demand going forward.
The company supplies and fits glass partitions mainly in the South East of England.
The business owners are amongst the most experienced in the industry and you will be working and learning from them directly.
This is a key appointment for a rapidly growing organisation expanding the business year on year.
What you will be doing
1. Working closely with our clients across the region you will manage the registration and track the progress of building and construction projects.
2. Reviewing data daily and liaising with your colleagues, you will provide up-to-date information and action requirements.
3. Develop relationships with existing and potential builders and main contractors.
4. Download the useful parts of enquiries from various portals.
5. Building an "engine room" for the company.
What you need
1. Strong customer service skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels.
2. A positive and supportive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
3. Excellent attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm.
4. Understanding of construction drawings.
5. To be a natural problem solver with the ability to deliver workable solutions.
6. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other databases.
7. Experience working with computer packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
What you get
Basic salary from £30,000 to £35,000.
