This is a remote position. An established Global Healthcare Services provider is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager to join their high performing leadership team. You will be able to impact the direction & growth of the company by working closely with your team and implementing a strategic sales plan. The Role A summary of key areas of responsibility is as follows: Developing, coaching and managing a sales team. Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders. Responsible for product knowledge as well as product application. Develop a strong network of key stakeholders Be accountable for sales and profit targets, supporting the team to meet and drive past sales targets whilst managing costs. Develop effective working relationships with key clinical and management stakeholders in the Decision Making Unit in target accounts (i.e. Key clinical, management and support staff). Prioritise time and gain appropriate levels of access to theatres and theatre staff in order to be effective in supporting evaluations and growing new business. Requirements Team management experience Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Thorough understanding of the Healthcare Services industry Dynamic and driven with a real interest in developing a career in medical sales. Desire to work in a target driven environment. Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder.
