Duties and responsibilities Record and check daily financial transactions Assisting the payroll team Updating bank invoices Deal with VAT receipts, invoices, sales and purchase ledger Uploading time sheets and assisting Territory Managers with queries Creating parts numbers for saleable /obsolete products Assisting with all administration for the accounts and finance team predominantly Providing admin support to the marketing, operations and customer support teams on an ad-hoc basis Providing PA support as and when for organising events, lunches, cards and special occasions for the office team Skills and Experience Previous experience of working in an accounts or finance team Intermediate Excel, and Word Evidence of working as an Administrator Ability to multi task Min of 2 - 3 years office administration experience Able to remain focused, organised and be able to juggle a busy work load.
