Position Overview An experienced Technical Team Lead/Manager to lead the technical team in delivering managed services and IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the managed services industry and a proven track record of managing technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, leading project implementation, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical support team, ensuring high-quality IT service delivery. Oversee daily operations of the managed services department, including project management, troubleshooting, and client support. Develop and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues and provide guidance to resolve them in a timely manner. Work closely with the leadership team to align technical strategy with overall business goals. Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to encourage professional development. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer support, to enhance client satisfaction. Manage resources, schedules, and relationships to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications / Skills Proven experience (5 years) in a managed services or IT support business. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with service management tools, remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
