Your Role - What's Involved?
As a graduate consultant, you will develop your knowledge of digital manufacturing and industry 4.0 technologies, working in a team to define strategies that solve our clients' most critical problems, ensuring their technology investment translates into real business results.
Working with our broad range of clients, predominantly in the Life Science sector, you will help to deliver compelling, commercially viable digital products and solutions across multiple business platforms and channels.
You will work within a high performing, multi-discipline team alongside other graduate consultants, senior management, and company directors.
This role is predominantly office based with some flexibility to work remotely when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* You will design, configure and deploy manufacturing applications utilising various No Code / Low Code app development platforms such as Tulip and Mendix.
* You will be involved in all stages of our product life cycle – from planning, analysis, design, documentation, implementation, and testing.
* This role will require periodic customer interaction giving you the opportunity to build relationships with clients, and knowledge of manufacturing operations, across the industry.
* You may also be involved in the development of digital manufacturing strategies and implementation support, including strategic vendor assessments, technology project health checks, and new facility digital blueprints.
* You will receive an all-round appreciation of our business functions.
* You may be required to travel occasionally to our clients’ sites, both UK and Globally.
Requirements
* A Bachelors degree, or higher, in Chemical Engineering, Computing Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study. Or have the equivalent experience working in industry.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
* A self starter, able to make your own impact and thrive with the independence offered to you.
* Able to self-manage a busy workload and meet strict deadlines.
* Well acquainted with standard social media platforms and a sound knowledge of standard business software tools such as MS Office, MS 365, etc.
* A keen interest in technology, with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Driven, curious, willing to challenge and be challenged.
* Keen to learn and continually develop your skills and career.
