About the role:
As an IT Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring their needs are met with our exceptional IT solutions. Working within a supportive team environment that promotes professional growth and encourages innovative thinking, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our clients' success.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all your client account management matters.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits and client satisfaction.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executives within your accounts.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives by working with our dedicated team.
* Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify areas for business growth with existing clients and track key account metrics.
* Document processes and procedures related to account management for future reference.
About you:
You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, and you present yourself in a smart, professional manner. Your negotiation skills and engaging personality help you relate well to clients. You possess at least 1 year of experience in renewals, account management, or business development within the IT sector. You will need a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas while being familiar with CRM tools. A team player who can also take initiative independently, you hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have your own vehicle (expenses to be provided).
