Full time or Part time/Jobshare - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 6.00am - 9.00pm
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83

Key responsibilities
1. Motivate, develop and support every member of your team.
2. Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.
3. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Required skills & experience
1. Significant retail experience.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
3. Positive and curious mindset with ideas for improving customer and colleague experience.
4. Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
