Are you an experienced Registered Manager passionate about providing exceptional care and support to children? Our client, a reputable residential childcare provider, is seeking a Registered Manager for their 3-bed CSE home located in Sandy, near Bedford.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home. You will ensure the highest standards of care, in line with Ofsted regulations, while fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Inspire and manage a dedicated team, promoting professional development and ensuring effective service delivery.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all statutory requirements.
Care Standards: Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring children’s needs are met.
Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Safeguarding: Prioritize and promote the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting (preferably CSE or residential childcare).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
