About the Role:
As an MET Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components for a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your expertise will help restore vehicles to top condition, ensuring our customers can get back on the road safely and swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment
* Dismantle vehicles as needed to prepare for panel and bodywork repairs
* Conduct detailed inspections, diagnostics, and fault-finding
* Manage part orders and inventories efficiently
* Reassemble vehicles with new components to their pre-accident condition
* Uphold quality and safety standards in all repairs
* Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely, quality work
About You:
We’re looking for a skilled MET Technician with significant experience in accident repair who is committed to quality, attention to detail, and efficient teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as an MET Technician, with skills in electric and hybrid vehicle repairs
* Proficient in ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools
* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer standards
* Team-oriented but capable of working independently
