About the Company - We are actively looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent/Broker to work for our client a reputable and extremely successful Commercial Property who specialise in buying and selling of businesses across many sectors. About the Role - For this role they are looking for someone who has expertise or experience of dealing with Hotels, B&B's or Prime/Luxury Real Estate dealing with high value transactions you must have the skills to be able to deal with this from beginning through to end. Ideally the candidate will be based in the Hampshire area but the geographical patch also covers Surrey, Kent and East Sussex. Responsibilities - Generate business through various prospecting methods and be aware of market activity Register and maintain client requirements on their Salesforce CRM system List, market and manage opportunities for sale Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers and the sale process Provide regular client updates on instruction activity Required Skills- Previous experience within commercial or residential agency A minimum of 5-10 years industry experience Proven track record in prime real estate sales Exceptional negotiation and communication skills Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Pay range and compensation package - £40,000-£46,000 plus competitive commission and attractive employee benefits.
