Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies within the classroom. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional guidance. Promote positive behaviour and help students develop coping skills and self-regulation. Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and parents to monitor and report on student progress. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence. Requirements: To excel as a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will need: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (desirable). A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing complex behaviours. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff.
