Customer Service Administrator

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing customer documentation, ensuring proper matching and customs clearance when required. Your duties will include communicating with clients and suppliers, inputting data, meeting internal deadlines to ensure 100% compliance, building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external clients, and being proactive in your approach, along with other duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
* Solid Freight Forwarding/Shipping experience
* Experience in Operations and Logistics
* Experience working in a team-oriented environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure

Salary & Benefits:
For this position, our client is offering a salary of up to around £30k depending on experience, along with a pension scheme and 25 days leave plus free parking.
