Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a person-centred approach. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Utilise your experience as a strong deputy or established manager to lead and inspire your team. Foster a positive working environment and promote professional development. Expertise in Complex Learning Disabilities: Your understanding of complex learning disabilities will be crucial in tailoring support plans and ensuring the well-being of service users. Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans: Apply your knowledge of Autism and behaviour management strategies to create a supportive and nurturing environment. IT Skills and Record Keeping: Proficiency in IT systems and meticulous record-keeping are essential for success in this role. Qualifications: Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), or be committed to achieving this within 18 months of appointment.
