Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant Location: Aylesbury Contract Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: £85-£100 per day Start Date: Interviewing ASAP Time Plan Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of SEN students. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide feedback on pupil progress. Support pupils with their emotional, social, and academic development. Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other staff to ensure all pupils' needs are met.About You To be successful in this role, you must: Have the right to work in the UK. Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS check or be willing to apply for one. Have experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable but not essential). Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
