An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join our team at our Head Offices in Tytherington. Reporting to the Fleet and Facilities Manager. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet. This role requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and colleagues. The successful candidate will also provide a comprehensive administration service to our internal and external customers and to ensure the Company meets its legal obligations in respect of Duty of Care. You will be: Organised, methodical and passionate about delivering great work, right first time, Have strong IT skills – Microsoft excel, outlook etc, Attention to detail with an analytical, investigative mind-set, A background in fleet would be an advantage, but not essential. What Does Your New Role Look Like? Management of key fleet administration duties such as administration of penalty charges, fines and Notices of Intended Prosecutions. Provide daily and weekly reports to the business. Handling inbound call and communications relating to fleet administration and supporting colleagues as and when required. Ensure the Company’s MID declaration is up to date and complies with our legal obligations. Effectively administer the Company’s permanent and temporary fleet including; new vehicle orders, fuel cards, mileage reports, penalty charge notices and traffic offences, maintenance and minor repairs. Check and process invoices. Validate driving licences of new starters and annual rechecks. Provide administrative support to the Fleet and Facilities Manager. Keeping accurate paper and electronic records, accurately capturing information from emails or calls. Are you passionate about maintaining and developing a sustainable business?
