Your day to day duties will consist of: Provide an excellent standard of customer service and the management of quality standards throughout the facility. Lead on membership sales and customer engagement for the white-water course. Liaise with onsite partners around operational matters, bookings, and service delivery. Drive customer care standards for the white-water course. Train and mentor front line staff. Manage staff rotas for the white-water reception. Assist with facility maintenance specific to the white-water course. Work regular shifts delivering services to our customers at white water reception, including opening or closing the facility and reception work. You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free access to our facilities and a heavy discount on campsite electric pitch. About You To be considered for this role, you will have previous Managerial or Supervisory experience in a customer facing environment, ideally within a leisure background, however this is not essential. You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, as well as being organised and taking pride in what you do and have excellent IT skills.
