We are looking for a Customer Service Manager in the art & photographic industry at theprintspace, World Leaders in Art & Social Commerce

With a commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction, we’re hunting a highly driven Customer Service Manager to head our best-in-class customer service team.
Working from our state-of-the-art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will balance exciting day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists, whilst leading a motivated customer service team of 5. You’ll report directly to the COO, with ownership of key customer satisfaction KPIs.
First and foremost, you should have customer service experience and exceptional interpersonal skills, able to adapt to different client needs.
* Ideally you should have managed a small team between 2-15. However, you could also have a number of years of proven customer service experience and are ready to take the next step to management level.
* Experience in the art or creative industries is required; we can teach you the industry specifics.
What matters most is your ability to build, adopt, train and measure processes, inspire the team, and creatively problem-solve client needs with a degree of autonomy. We are looking for passionate, industry-leading individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments.
Your daily responsibilities include:
* Fostering a positive and collaborative customer service team environment through regular training, team briefings, and 1-2-1 interactions.
* Help maintain and instill the company’s culture of thrift, where employees treat the company's money as their own.
* Recognize and impart that customer service excellence is the goal, and strive relentlessly to solve any issues and meet the goal.
* Manage client requests via in-person interactions, incoming calls, and instant chat developing sustainable customer relationships through open, honest, and interactive communication.
* Provide in-depth product knowledge to help clients across the globe maximise their presentation needs, offering solutions and alternatives wherever applicable using our ‘think boutique’ approach.
* Manage and resolve customer concerns that are escalated by the team.
* Collate customer feedback and ideas to the COO and production teams to help further develop our products and services. At theprintspace, we believe in the meritocracy of ideas.
* Work to customer satisfaction KPIs set out by the COO.
* Build and improve existing customer service processes and training documentation.
