We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Project Manager to join our dynamic team This exciting opportunity will give you hands-on experience in managing real projects, developing key skills, and working alongside industry experts. If you're passionate about problem-solving, communication, and making things happen, we want to hear from you As part of the role, you will undertake a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship. As an Apprentice Project Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our Projects team, supporting our project managers with the day-to-day management of project deliverables for our customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience, assisting in the coordination and execution of services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule while learning the ropes of effective project management. What you will be doing: Help create project plans, timelines, and schedules by working alongside project managers, ensuring all project activities align with the defined goals. Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Reporting on project status to the project manager. Maintain communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is updated on project developments and any changes. Assist in the creation, organisation, and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, project plans, reports, and meeting notes. Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing project reports, and managing emails and communications. You will suit the role if you have: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment. An ability to learn and participate with the wider team to ensure best in class PMO services. Salary £15,500 per annum Start Date January 2025 Location and Working Arrangements The position offered is based out of Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office but you will be expected to travel to customer sites when required. Hours of Work 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Future Prospects This apprenticeship can lead you into a broad Project Management career, with the opportunity to become a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
