Temporary Administrator required in Garrett's Green, B33. We are seeking a reliable Temporary Administrator to start immediatley with our client based in the Garrett's Green area. This role will be temporary for a minimum of 1-2 weeks however, this could be extended. Duties: Assisting with the compilation of customer and branch statistics Answering telephone calls and creating job instructions on the order system Processing completed work orders Updating customer portals Checking that all written orders received have been created on the order system Identifying chargeable items from work carried out Ensuring customer price brands are maintained Reporting all problems, complaints and faults to the Operations Manager Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, typing up reports and taking minuets Filing and achieving documents and ensuring the filing system is up to date Assisting with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk Carrying out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the branch Skills & Experience Required: Proficient using all MS applications including Excel. Strong administration background is essential Good telephone manner Must be reliable Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hours unpaid lunch break) This role is a a temporary role.
