Job Vacancy: Part-Time Office Administrator Location:Moira Salary: £25,000 (Pro-rata for 1-2 days per week) Hours: Fridays 8:45 AM 5:00 PM (with the possibility of adding a Thursday shift) We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy variety in your work and are comfortable handling a range of office duties while interacting with clients, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Reception & Client Interaction: Answering the phone and greeting clients as they arrive. Stock Management: Receiving and processing stock, handling shipments, and managing stock levels. Order Processing & Invoicing: Accurately processing orders and invoicing clients using QuickBooks (QuickBooks experience is preferred but not essential). Excel Reporting: Maintaining and updating reports in Excel. General Office Duties: Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Holder: Opening and closing the office, ensuring security and proper lock-up. Ideal Candidate: Independent and Reliable: Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for opening and closing the office. Car Owner: Must have your own vehicle to commute. Organized: Able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. QuickBooks Experience: While not essential, experience using QuickBooks would be a plus.
