Job Description
We are working with an innovative environmental intelligence consultancy seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales team and drive business growth from their London office.
This role focuses on expanding consultancy services and software solutions across industries involved in the green economy transition, such as mining, batteries, raw materials, and extractives. You will be responsible for implementing strategic sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and aligning closely with the Head of Marketing to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies that accelerate the organization’s global expansion.
As a leader, you will mentor a high-performing team, set ambitious targets, and drive new business opportunities within an organization recognized for its expertise in Life Cycle Assessment for the energy transition sector. You will apply data-driven insights to streamline operations, enhance revenue growth, and strengthen customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing key client relationships, leveraging CRM and analytics tools to refine sales processes, and championing the organization’s technology solutions with a target of becoming the primary revenue driver by 2026.
The role requires extensive experience in senior sales roles, preferably within the sustainability or environmental sector, with a strong background in raw material extraction, processing, or production industries. You’ll need strategic vision, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
