The Role As a Sheltered Scheme Cleaner for Trivallis you will contribute to the delivery of tenant focused services to our older tenants in our Sheltered Housing schemes, ensuring tenants are provided with a safe and clean environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements. Cleaning experience is essential, and you may have experience of working with people face to face. What you’ll be responsible for… Clean designated areas to approved standard. Monitor facilities and report any incidents e.g. repairs to vacuum cleaners, stores required. Secure premises at the end of each shift. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed including use of all relevant personal protective equipment. About You In conjunction with other Sheltered and Supported Housing Colleagues, contribute towards delivering a customer focused housing service, ensuring tenants are provided with a safe and clean environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements. Ensure that areas that require cleaning on an irregular basis are prioritised, under the direction of the Scheme Coordinator/Senior Scheme Coordinator. Check emails and rota on a regular basis and attend meetings and trainings as required. Ability to work within the confidentiality of the post in line with current Data Protection arrangements Demonstrate commitment to a customer focused service Ability to manage and prioritise own workload Commitment to working as part of a team Hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to a car Why Join Trivallis?
