Job Vacancy: Part-Time Legal Secretary - Personal Injury Team
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract : Fixed Term (Starting ASAP until the end of May 2026)
I am recruiting for a Part-Time Secretary to join our clients Personal Injury team in Glasgow on a Fixed Term Contract. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Personal Injury law and knowledge of Visual Files to join a supportive and collaborative team.
* 3 days per week (A Monday is essential)
* 25,000 - 28,000 (FTE), dependent on experience - this will be Pro Rata
* 1,000 bonus for staying for the full duration of the contract
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors, paralegals, and case coordinators
* Managing and maintaining case files using Visual Files, the system our team relies on
* Assisting with document preparation and ensuring deadlines are met
* Communicating with clients and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently
* Supporting with Diary management and checking court dates
* Drafting documents and letters
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in a legal environment, ideally within personal injury law, if not then either litigation or court work
* Familiarity with Visual Files (desirable but not an essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
