Sun Originals is a brand new video production studio making premium series for The Sun, Sun Sport and Fabulous brands. Creating, developing and producing a slate of brand new original shows, the team are helping The Sun reach its next generation of viewers. Your Role : As GFX Editor / Designer you will be involved in creating new graphics across all our new YouTube series including simple title sequences, text elements and thumbnails. Day to day you will: Create simple and engaging motion graphics for title sequences using AfterEffects. Help set the style and tone of our new series by designing all graphic elements including titles, captions, lower thirds. Create GFX templates using AfterEffects for editors to use in PremierPro. Create stunning YouTube thumbnails using Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop. Create designs for other social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. Assist with cut dows for various social media platforms: Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram. What we are looking for from you: Advanced in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite workflows including Photoshop. Must have worked on fast-paced, high volume strands for various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Good operational knowledge of working within a team editing environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A knowledge of remote edit and Cloud-based workflows in general. Knowledge of common file types, codecs and resolutions. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and work to meet demanding deadlines. An impeccable attention to detail is a must.
