We are currently helping our client, a specialised consultancy organisation in their search for an IT Support Engineer (1st & 2nd line) to join their team on a contract basis in Central London.
Role: Desktop Engineer / IT Support Engineer
Day Rate: Market Rate
Location: London - 4-5 days on site
Contract Length: 6-12 months initially
You will have extensive 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience, gained within a large environment, with good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Office 365, PCs, Laptops, and Mobile Devices (Android/Mac/Tablets).
Requirements:
1. Desktop Support experience
2. 1st and 2nd line desktop support
3. Microsoft Office suite
4. Ticketing system (ServiceNow / Remedy / Ivanti)
5. Video conferencing (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
6. Powershell
7. Basic networking
8. Active Directory
9. SCCM
10. Intune / Autopilot
