Purchase Ledger Clerk
Based: Knutsford/Northwich area

We are working with an award winning services business who are a North West leader in their industry. The business has been established over 30 years, award winning & continuing to grow and stay passionate about providing the best services to their customers. This role will sit as part of their finance team involved in all Purchase Ledger duties
Role:
* Day to day Purchase Ledger management processing all invoices
* Reconciliation of supplier statements, supplier payments, placing purchase orders with suppliers
* Using purchase invoice system to enter invoices to SAGE, matching to customers
* Ensuring correct coding of purchase orders and purchase invoices to nominal codes
* Responding to supplier queries view phone and email, processing supplier payments
* Placing purchase orders with suppliers, working with operations on admin support
* Processing staff expenses
* Assisting Finance Manager & Finance Director with ad-hoc finance duties through the month
Experience:
1. Proven experience in Purchase Ledger
2. Based in the Knutsford / Wincham / Northwich area for easy commute to the office
3. Strong numeracy and literacy skills
