What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic client management, operational delivery, and business growth. You’ll be the driving force behind building strong relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects, and uncovering new opportunities for Pi Insight.
* Be the Face of Pi Insight: Build and nurture long-term relationships with international brand owner clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
* Master the Details: Keep client projects on time, on spec, and on budget while managing the end-to-end delivery of ShelfTrak services.
* Drive Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing accounts and onboard new clients, with a focus on meeting revenue and retention goals.
* Know Your Clients Inside Out: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and challenges, ensuring our services are tailored to their needs.
* Manage Your Team: Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 direct reports, helping them achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
* Be Commercially Savvy: Own client budgets, ensuring accurate forecasts, tight cost control, and effective financial reporting to maximise revenue.
* Innovate and Problem Solve: Spot opportunities to enhance our offerings, overcome client challenges, and continuously improve how we work.
You’ll Fly in This Role If You...
* Have 2+ years of experience in a Client Director, Account Director, or similar role.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building long-term client relationships.
* Have a proven background in retail management, brand-led customer marketing, or category management, with a strong understanding of client needs.
* Are commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
* Are a natural problem solver, able to handle complexity and calm chaos.
* Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust.
* Are proactive, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of your accounts.
* Bonus: Travel retail experience is highly desirable but not essential.
