Role: Senior Caretaker – Fixed Term 31/3/26
Salary: £27,911-£30,060
Hours: 37 Hours weekly (5 days over a 7 day working week)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Senior Caretaker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and a passion for ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a hands-on role and responsibilities include supervising, completing, and allocating work-related tasks to the Estate Assistants. You will also be conducting quality checks as well as completing regular cleaning tasks, inspections, and maintenance as appropriate to provide residents with safe and welcoming communal areas. The Senior Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
The Senior Caretaker will also be expected to drive large vehicles/tipper trucks (subject to training) and load items of waste/rubbish onto these vehicles on site and dispose at a designated waste site.
Flexibility will be required within the job role and working hours to meet our customer needs. You will be expected to work 5 days over a 7 day week.
