We are currently on the lookout for a Scheduling Administrator to join a family feel business in Watford. They are looking for someone to come onboard who has previous Helpdesk/Service Desk Experience in a fast paced environment using an internal system!
The company is growing rapidly and they need someone to come in who isn't afraid of a challenge and is happy to pick things up and crack on!
Do you have experience using a Helpdesk CRM? Have you previously scheduled engineers? Do you feel confident in providing quotes?
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers regarding engineers' attendances
* Invoicing
* Working on internal CRM
