The Role As the Revenue and Sales Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving growth and operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success. Some of the core projects and day-to-day responsibilities you will be owning are: Working with commercial leadership to identify, quality, and prioritise companies within out target market: Ensure sales and marketing are targeting the right accounts in our core markets, and supporting growth into new markets, by identifying companies in Ravio's Total Addressable Market and Serviceable Addressable Market. Focus sales team efforts on best-fit accounts by developing and implementing frameworks to prioritise accounts, working crossfunctionally to define what makes a good fit prospect, and ensuring this data is available in Hubspot. Improve outbound effectiveness by ensuring we're targeting companies at the right time, e.g. by defining and automated gathering of market signals that suggest a company is "in-market”. PLG and Upsell Motions: Play a pivotal role in the development of our PLG motion by: defining how we measure and monitor success, identifying accounts for sales, and streamlining sales and marketing processes to ensure success. Leverage the Ravio’s web app behavioural data to help our Customer Success team identify upsell opportunities, tool tips, and drive retention. Comms Collaboration and Project management: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination of campaigns and growth initiatives across departments. High rigour on executing projects and ability to prioritise on a high-request environment. Tool-Stack and Automation: Manage and optimise the use of revenue technology stack (including Hubspot, Lemlist, Lusha, SalesNav) and automate workflows in our sales motions. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support revenue operations. Reporting and Analytics Build backend funnel reporting to track demos, PLG conversions, campaign conversions, deal cycle metrics, and overall commercial success. You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have: 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment. High proficiency with Hubspot, and experience in integration sales and marketing stack Experience in implementing PLG strategies and automating outbound growth. Excellent communication and project management skills, in particular joggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
