About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will be supporting students with SEN, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom. Whether you're working one-on-one, in small groups, or assisting the teacher with classroom activities, your role will be integral to ensuring all students feel valued and supported. Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students with SEN to enhance their learning experience. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Support the emotional, social, and educational development of students. Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners. Monitor and report on student progress to ensure their needs are met effectively. Requirements A genuine desire to support children with SEN. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and patient attitude, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of students.
