Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all required employee training is kept up to date and records of such training is kept on file and available on request. (eg. counter balance, pivot truck, driver’s licenses, manual handling training, first aiders etc.)
* Ensure that all fire fighting equipment & alarm system is regularly serviced & maintained with the requirements of the law.
* Managing statutory inspections, insurance inspections for site.
* Conducting new employee site inductions & orientations
* Co-ordinate / conduct product training to ensure that team members are kept up to date on all product launches
* Develop and maintain site Health & Safety policies.
* Maintain site Safety Policy to ensure it is current and made available for all staff members
* Conduct risk assessments on site and for remote workers as required to ensure we fulfil all health & safety requirements.
* Ensure that all accidents & near misses are properly recorded and that the necessary action is taken to prevent further occurrences.
* Attend management meetings
* Co-ordinate the maintenance & upkeep of the site- eg. window cleaning, servicing of fire prevention equipment, regular servicing of on-site equipment etc (a full listing of this element of the role with be provided)
* Liaise with security company to ensure that the site is always secure- during working hours and out of hours.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Site Operational Metrics

* Experience in a similar role.
* Full clean driving license and be willing to travel to other divisional company premises
