This role is based on-site in Handsworth, Monday to Friday, and offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who can provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of human resources, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees.
* Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law.
* Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Provide guidance on performance management, training, and development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
* Assist with any HR-related projects and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
