A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting an Office Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying 25,000 per annum.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
* Daily data entry
* Answering the telephone and handling customer queries
* Keeping customers updated about their orders via phone and email
* Taking and processing sales orders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date computer records
* Supporting our customer service and accounts departments
* General office duties
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Assistant position:
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous administration or office experience
* Proficient with the Microsoft packages
* Someone who enjoys assisting customers
